These passes are called contractor passes and are valid for a maximum of six months at a time.

Access as a visitor

A visit is a short stay where there is a clear visitor receiver or host who takes care of the visitor throughout the stay.

Visitors to the industrial area must be notified to Centralporten in good time before the visit via the visitor system. Visitors who are not registered in the visitor system are not allowed access to the industrial estate.

The visitor receptionist should never leave a visitor in a situation where the visitor may feel unsure about what applies or what dangers exist.

Unannounced visitors are advised to contact their visitor receptionist to be registered in the visitor system before they can be admitted.

Access for the transportation of goods and materials

Incoming freight and material transports are checked by the security staff that they are included in the assigned logistics system or that they are pre-notified in another way before being admitted. Transports that are not pre-registered are not admitted without the approval of the person in charge of the activity to which the transport is going.

No smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all premises on the industrial estate.
We define smoking in the same way as in the Tobacco and Similar Products Act. The ban therefore includes electronic cigarettes and the use of other products that are similar to smoking but do not contain tobacco.

Warning clothing

When moving outdoors in the industrial area, high-visibility clothing on the upper body must always be worn. High visibility clothing on trousers alone is not sufficient. It applies 24 hours a day, all year round. This includes all outdoor activities, including walking between the parking lot and the workplace.

High visibility clothing makes you much more visible and most importantly, you need to wear high visibility clothing on your upper body to be visible from vehicles. we have a lot of traffic in the area and from some vehicles it is difficult to see people who are nearby as visibility can be very limited. It's not just for safety in the dark that we require high visibility clothing, the high visibility color makes it more visible during the day. The reflectors help when it is dark outside.

The high-visibility clothing must be used as intended. For high-visibility vests and jackets, this means wearing the garment closed.

Examples of approved 24-hour high-visibility clothing

The basic requirement is that high-visibility clothing must meet the EN ISO 20471 class 2 or EN 17353 class AB standard.

High visibility vests meet this standard.

Examples of garments that meet the standard EN ISO 20471, class 2:

Examples of high-visibility workwear - approved for daytime only

During daytime when it is light outside, i.e. when the street lights are off, it is allowed to use workwear with the lower standard EN ISO 20471 class 1, EN 17353 class A or increased visibility. Higher requirements for high-visibility clothing also exist during the day for certain tasks and in certain locations. In case of uncertainty, wear high-visibility vests.

These garments achieve increased visibility and are permitted during the day:

other examples

  • Wearing a backpack over high-visibility clothing is approved.
  • It is not approved to use a high visibility backpack or similar instead of the above approved high visibility clothing.
  • It is not approved to wear high visibility vests or clothing in any other way than intended, e.g. high visibility vest stuffed in the back pocket or tied to the backpack.

Procurement of high-visibility clothing

  • Each manager is responsible for providing their department with high-visibility clothing
  • Contractors, consultants and freight forwarders are responsible for providing their staff with high-visibility clothing.
  • High visibility vests can be borrowed from Centralporten and Vägporten. If you have forgotten your vest or are a temporary visitor, you can borrow it there.
